1. No Refunds or Returns
At Velora Wonders, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at velorawonders@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item
- A photo of the packaging and shipping label
We will review your claim and, if eligible, may offer a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information states that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or courier.
4. Unauthorized Chargebacks
If a chargeback is filed on an order that has already been shipped, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with proof of delivery. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.
